Hernando Marin is a senior project manager with more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction of luxury condominiums and office projects in both Florida and Latin America. Mr. Marín received his Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia in 1987. As Project Architect, he designed the master development plan and several buildings for the University.
Mr. Marin has participated in the following projects across Florida: Saxony Hotel, Surfside Residence Inn by Marriott, Monarch Hotel, Aloft Hotel, Amador Boardwalk and Casino, Ritz Carlton Residences – West Lot, Riverparc at Titusville Downtown Condominium, 900 Biscayne Bay Condominiums, 600 Biscayne Condominiums, Jade Brickell, Grovenor House, Azure Condominium, Bath Club Residences, Aquazul, The Collection and Portovita South.
Mr. Marin is a member of the Florida Home Builders Association. He was also the recipient of the FIABCI award in 1999.
