Keith Kulynych has over ten years of architecture experience in Miami since he completed his Masters in Architecture program at NC State University in 2003. Mr. Kulynych has worked on a vast array of projects, including high-rise condominiums and office buildings, retail, single family luxury residences and mixed use projects. His involvement has spanned from conceptual design though construction administration, with a focus on construction documents and construction administration.
Mr. Kulynych was involved in the following Miami projects: Saxony Hotel, Saxony Condominium, Saxony Commercial, Epic Condominium and Hotel, The Bath Club, Grovenor House, South Pointe Park and Logic Office Tower.
Mr. Kulynych is currently completing work on the redevelopment of the historic Saxony Hotel in Miami Beach. As part of this redevelopment, he is acting as Project Manager on a new condo tower in collaboration with Foster and Partners and the Office of Metropolitan Architecture (OMA). Mr. Kulynych is a proponent of sustainability and was invited by Miami Mayor Manny Diaz to be a member of Miami’s Green Commission in 2004.
